The Pride Center currently has five postings for employment opportunities.
Full-time Customer Service Coordinator ensures consistent, high-quality service to volunteers, visitors, groups and renters at the Center.
Duties include, but are not restricted to, coordinating the following service areas: volunteer activities; information and referral services at
Reception and Call Center; relationships and communication with groups; main hall and room rental; Flea Market; and Membership
recruitment at the Center and community events.
Part-time Administrative Specialist is responsible for smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of the Center. Duties include, but are
not restricted to, coordinating and overseeing the following service areas: facilities, information technology (IT) resources and administrative
assistance in Center business, including contribution acknowledgement and membership renewal letters.
Part-time CRCS Counselor completes screening, enrollment, and assessment of MSM clients; conducts individual sessions using the
Comprehensive Risk Counseling Services (CRCS) protocols and procedures; makes referrals and linkages to appropriate services
providers; and evaluates service provider performance; and researches new services providers.
Part-time Health Educator recruits clients for RESPECT and links them to Comprehensive Risk Counseling Services (CRCS), provides HIV
testing and counseling, conducts Cyber Outreach and other outreach strategies to increase prevention and alleviate the stigma associated
with HIV in MSM of all races with emphasis on Latino gay men.
Part-time Testing Specialist will provide HIV counseling and testing, with a goal of reducing the incidence of future HIV infection. The
specialist will provide prevention information, education, referral and support to the community.
